- No guaranteed repair, hosting, ongoing monitoring or plugin development.
- No device, server, file or account access without separately agreed authorization.
- If we cannot agree on a suitable appointment, we will arrange a refund.
Never include passwords, session tokens, payment-card details or private access keys when describing your issue.
Terms acknowledgment
Review the terms, including limits on free tool accuracy, service scope, data backups and known equipment risks. We take reasonable care and do not ask you to surrender rights protected by law.
These acknowledgments are an additional pre-checkout review. Stripe also requires acceptance of Savana Security’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on its hosted checkout, including when someone opens the direct payment link. Accepting terms does not waive rights protected by law.
